Included with your rental is a gazebo, outdoor dining table, restroom, sofa couch, and egg chairs. Amenities available: Basketball court, swimming pool 🏊‍♂️, mini-fridge, cooler, cheese boards, trampoline, and a speaker. See amenities sections for full price listings. Bring your own drinks 🥤 and ice. Plenty of parking available alongside the house. Schedule your event as follows: Mon/Wed/Fri 4 pm - 8pm Sat / Sun 1 pm - 7 pm - No smoking allowed (that includes hookahs) -Pet ( 🐕 or 🐈) friendly and allowed.
