Enjoy an airconditioned sunroom, overlooking the pool, equipped with a bar and television for those guests who need a quick, cool break from all the action. This backyard oasis can accommodate any celebration from graduation parties and family reunions to private time with friends and family. Included in the price, we offer a grill, two bars, umbrellas, tints, 3 long tables, enough chairs to accommodate your guest count, WiFi, an outdoor Bluetooth speaker, two coolers, and a corn hole game. Please let me know what amenities you need so I can leave it out for you. The list price includes the porta potty only. Additional spaces available for rent include the basement banquet area with a full kitchen and bathroom for an additional flat fee listed in the amenities section. No ticket selling, no live bands. DJ is okay. Alcohol is allowed but cannot be sold. 420 friendly and smoking/hookah/vapes allowed outside only. Maximum guests allowed is 40. $10 per hour for each additional guest over the amount registered. Heating the pool is an additional flat fee listed under amenities; however, water is already pretty warm and refreshing during hot days. You are encouraged to request heat in advance because it takes a few hours for the water to get warm. Requesting heat during the party may result in the water not reaching your desired temperature.
