About the pool

We're just 2.2miles off W. 11th at Bertleson Road. Our home is on 19 acres, completely secluded from view from anyone outside or even street traffic view. We have a 17 x 40 covered porch for dining, relaxing that wraps around to an additional 8 x 40 covered porch for watching the swimming in the shade. Depending on the time of day there is full sun in the pool and surrounding area, as it gets late afternoon there is shade from the trees and we also have two large shade umbrella's. There is a dedicated outdoor changing room/bathroom. We have a giant yard with astro turf so year round there is a huge area for soccer, football, outdoor games and for kids to run around and get that energy out. We have an outdoor kitchen that can grille and service groups of 30-40 people no problem. This area can be an oasis escape for a few people or would be great for a business employee party, gathering, even thought about having weddings here. One could even possibly have a party catered here. This area is secluded, quiet (unless the kids screaming and music is happening) and you can be left alone to have your own good time on your own terms (Mostly). No destroying our home. We're brand new to this, if there's something you think of that would be nice to add run it by me. Because of being in the country and surrounded by trees and forest as well as out turf, there is no smoking of any kind on the property.

What makes it special

Hot Tub

Very large 8-10 person hot tub, 102 degrees. It can be left at pool water temp if it's a hot day, just let me know. It takes 15 min to get from 85 to 102.

Grill

We have an outdoor kitchen with very large propane grill, ample counter space for servicing large groups of people. We have an ice maker that can be provided as well. No outdoor sink (county had issues).

Wifi

We have Wifi that services the pool area, we can provide you with the password when you book.

Fire Pit

We have a round fire pit that can be used for ambience and heat in the evenings. Not for cooking S'mores etc...

Speakers

We have an amazing outdoor stereo, stadium style speakers. We monitor the sound to a degree, especially at night, but party vibe is welcome here. Think of a cruise boat deck party. Amazon Alexa is connected, so choose any music you want. (Appropriate for kids if they're around including ours)

Heated

Pool is always 85 to 90 degrees.

Pool Toys

We have some floaties, noodles and a few life jackets for the little ones who aren't swimming yet. We don't have water wings for the super small kiddos (Liability). We also have an assortment of squirt guns (more like water cannons). Go nuts, just don't get my stereo wet.

Playground

We have approx 8,000sq' of artificial turf, like a year round soccer field. Lots of activities and games can be played here. No swinging golf clubs, driving stakes or anything into the turf and absolutely no cleats. Tennis shoes, flip flops ok, no bare feet, no food/drink on turf.
