Hickory Hollow

This is a beautiful 40 ft x 20 ft in-ground saltwater heated pool. 3.5 feet deep in the shallow end with full width stairs, and 8 feet deep in the deep end. The area includes a fire pit, shaded pergola, and lounging furniture including three lounge beds, table and chairs on the pool deck, two large cushion chairs on the pool deck, comfortable seating around the fire pit and metal picnic style seating under the pergola. The space also includes a gas grill and flagstone patio and walkways. The pool area is gated and the space has tons of privacy from hedge rows and arbor vitae screening.
