Welcome to The Simple Life in Los Feliz! Weekday Discount includes MONDAY- THURSDAY. Please come and enjoy our beautiful, heated salt water pool with a shaded Baja shelf for your little ones, then warm up in our jacuzzi. We keep the pool heated to around 85 degrees, which is perfection! Our whole back yard is all yours and includes a large grass/turf space (our turf is confirmed non-toxic/PFAS + lead free via Earth Design), four Adirondack chairs, a corn hole game, a large deck with a beautiful seating area and another dining area, as well as an extra table for food at your request and a bbq for an additional fee of $35. We have a nicely sized tent with an RV toilet and changing area, suitable for parties of 15 people or fewer. For larger parties of 15 people or more, you will have complimentary access to our indoor restroom/ primary bedroom and shower. You are always welcome to view our premium amenities to book our indoor restroom/shower / primary bedroom for an additional fee of $20 / hour if your party is under fifteen people, but you'd still prefer an indoor restroom. We have installed curtains on our patio to provide privacy for our guests. Please feel free to reach out with special requests, and we will do our best to accommodate you. We do allow low, ambient music only (any kind is fine), no pumping beats out of respect for our kind neighbors. We provide an assortment of pool floats, and you are welcome to bring pool-friendly floats at your own risk. Small/medium gatherings of less than 100 people are welcome, and we are happy to work with pricing on large parties. Smoking is permitted in designated areas. Pets must be pre-approved.
