About the pool

A spacious back yard and full-sized pool with covered cabana. Amazing amenities include indoor shower and restroom and access to the house can include kitchen and/or movie theatre with seating for the whole family. And plenty of seating out back around the pool area and under the cabana where you can also barbecue.

1. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS bottles or containers 2. House is on a cul de sac and neighbors are cool, BUT there are elderly people AND children so PLEASE DO NOT BE TOO LOUD (especially after 8pm) 3. NO PARKING on cul-de-sac. 10-13 cars can fit in my driveway and inside gate. If you have more cars than that, they must park somewhere OTHER THAN the cul-de-sac. 4. Guests are asked to dry off before entering the house to use the restroom. 5. Smoking IS ALLOWED (but ONLY OUTSIDE & DO NOT DROP BUTTS) ...
