Charming Farmhouse Pool

****pool closed for the season, check back next summer Here is an amazing pool at a big farmhouse- get away from the city and enjoy the sounds of chickens and goats next door, and watch skydivers float above your head from the airport nearby! There’s a plant-filled porch with shade, some poolside seating with shade (you can put up the umbrella but please put it down before you leave!), and a lot of seating in full sun. Beautiful plants surround the pool, as well as some floaties for your use (please treat them nicely!). There’s a privacy fence, so the neighbors won’t see you. Please know that this is our home so you may see us pop in and out, but we’ll give you your space. If you see someone, feel free to say hi and let us know if there’s any needs we can help you with. Please note that although this is a private pool, it is close to a busy road so there is traffic noise- it’s not the quietest spot- but it doesn’t bother us much. There is a diving board but please don’t use it for diving- the deep end is not long enough to support safe diving. Feel free to jump off it and have fun, but no diving! Please note that although the cover photo pictures a slide, it’s no longer there- we took it down for safety reasons. The pool is heated, and usually sits between 70-80 degrees. Please contact me if you want to talk about the temperature. We can turn it up as high as 90 degrees (perfect for nighttime swims!), but would ask for an extra $40 to turn it that high (turns out heating a pool is expensive!) There’s no bathroom next to the pool, so you can come inside and use the bathroom. Enter the door, and bear right until you reach the kitchen, then bear right again and there are two bathrooms you can use. ***Please dry off before coming inside***, and respect our space!
