La Gozadera - A Beautiful Outdoor Oasis Where Fun Happens

This beautiful ranchette has over 4,000 sq ft available for use. It is conveniently located off State Route 99. The possibilities for your festivities are endless as it has large grass area, a large paved area (dance floor), bar, large pool, and large pavilion. It can accommodate parties of up to 200 people. There is no kitchen in site, therefore all food must be catered in. General Rules Event insurance is required. If alcohol is served proper alcohol license and insurance is required. No alcohol after 11pm. No loud noise after 11:30pm. All parties must end by 12:00am. Pool is not available for evening parties.
