Custom made large brick fire pit in secluded separate mulched area from the pool. 6 Adirondack chairs. Must provide your own wood and whatever supplies needed. Please extinguish fire when finished.

Starting in April, the pool will be heated to 80 degrees but can be heated additionally to your requested temperature for $100.

Please leave the space exactly as you found it - that includes disposing of trash, returning any moved furniture to its original location, and closing the gate. Please park in the main driveway and not on the street. No loud or explicit music out of courtesy to our neighbors. No ticketed events, club promoters etc. No excessive drinking No smoking of any kind (vaping, cigarettes, hookah etc)
