About the pool
Welcome to the 9809, a suburban oasis designed for a hill country resort experience. The centerpiece is a gorgeous cabana with vaulted, beamed ceilings, travertine flooring, ceiling fans, gas grill with warming drawer, 65" tv, 5 speaker surround sound with bluetooth connectivity. The cabana seamlessly transitions to the pool via two sets of travertine steps flanking three in-pool barstools. The pool is surrounded by an 8 person hot tub on one side and an elevated, shaded dining area with seating for six on the other. Backyard boasts seating for 30. Private restroom, shower and guest/changing room are located at front of house with private access for guests. Backyard has large grassy area with a small swing set.
