**Pool Heating Add-On — $100 Flat Fee** Want the pool warmer for your event? Add pool heating for a flat fee of **$100 per booking**. Pool heating must be requested at least **48 hours in advance**, as our 17,000-gallon pool may take up to 2 days to warm. We aim for approximately **85°F**, but final temperature may vary depending on weather conditions.

Pool Toys

We offer a box of floaties, a basketball, and fun water accessories for all ages—plus a pump. Feel free to enjoy them! Just remove them from the water and deflate when done by the box.Feel free to bring your own as well!

There is a tree house with a slide however we do not suggest for small kids as the slide is steep. Host is not liable for personal injury or damage to personal property during scheduled rental.
