Modern pool built in May 2024! This entire backyard is perfect for an adult party or just a couple's getaway. All amenities for all occasions! Clorine Pool: 24 x 17 (80 dim) with a Baja deck with deck jets and bubblers which is perfect for lounging! Lounge covered patio area with TV: Seats 6 people. Relax under the shade and watch some outdoor TV. The pool table, swings and putting green are adjacent to the pool. Enjoy your lunch or dinner as you sit around under the shade in the patio area and misters are available to help cool from the AZ heat. BBQ: High-end 3 gas burner available. High-end landscape speaker system w/Spotify, Enjoy the evening by sitting around the fire pit. The bathroom is available in the house. Easy Access. Outdoor extensive pool lighting system. Trash bins will be available. Coolers will be available for drinks. Separate entry! Complete privacy!
