About the pool

Relax in our wonderful poolside oasis just minutes from Brookfield 4 corners. Enjoy our heated in-ground saltwater pool within our wooded, private and beautifully landscaped backyard property. This stunning pool is perfect to hangout with Family and Friends on our spacious pool patio. Adjacent to the pool is a table for 6 (under the gazebo) as well as a lounge area with a couch and 2 oversized chairs with ottomans. Includes 2 chaise loungers for sunbathing. Additionally, the pool features a diving board and slide with depths of 4ft to 10ft. Great for kids bday party! * Cook on the grill * Play in the backyard * Take a nap on the day couch * Take a ride down the slide * Feel free to bring all of the floats/pool toys you want

No major rules. We ask that you be respectful and treat the pool and yard area as if it was your own. Clean up is extremely important and it is expected for the property to be left in the same condition as before your event. Noise levels, specifically music need to be at a respectable level as to not disrupt surrounding neighbors. Any pool or equipment/furniture damages incurred, should be mentioned immediately and fixing/replacement costs determined.
