Outdoor shower- Water can get hot please let water cool off before using.

Heated

During the summer, the pool is naturally warm from the sun. We do not recommend heating during the summer. During winter/spring months - November-April, the pool can be heated with 24 hour notice for a flat fee. This covers heating expense.

Pool Toys

Please return pool toys to the mesh pool organizer.

Wifi

Please ask for the code in advance of reservation time and we will message code in app.

Fire Pit

Firewood is an additional charge of $8/bundle and must be requested in advance of reservation time. Cold ashes must be transferred to the metal ash can provided at the end of booking time. Cleaning out the ashes allows us to provide this amenity for free.

Stove/Oven

Smoker is available for experienced smoker users and typically useful for longer reservation times. Use of smoker needs to be approved by host in advance of reservation time.

Refrigerator

The refrigerator is locked when not part of the reservation. When added to the booking, it will be empty. Basic BBQ condiments (ketchup, mustard, relish, mayo) can be available for a flat fee and kept inside the refrigerator.
