Stove/Oven

Smoker is available for experienced smoker users and typically useful for longer reservation times. Use of smoker needs to be approved by host in advance of reservation time.

Refrigerator

The refrigerator is locked when not part of the reservation. When added to the booking, it will be empty. Basic BBQ condiments (ketchup, mustard, relish, mayo) can be available for a flat fee and kept inside the refrigerator.

Grill needs to be cleaned after using with the brush provided. There will be a fee charged if not cleaned at the end of booking; this helps reduce booking fees.

NO GLASS allowed near the pool deck. All beverages and food must be in non-glass containers, ie. plastic/paper. There is a $1500 charge for broken glass in/around pool area.
