Parking spaces for guests will be marked. All pets must be on leash and properly picked up after. Even though my spot is semi-chill, I still have neighbors that are somewhat close by, so The Redneck Riviera would not be suitable for big family gatherings or large parties. Think of it as quality over quantity!
