The pool is partially shaded in the late afternoon and shaded in the evening, full sun in the morning and afternoon. Whether you prefer lounging on the pool deck or taking a break from the sun under the shaded main deck area, our space offers the perfect blend of sun and shade. Nestled among lush trees, this secluded retreat provides for your privacy with high fences and abundant greenery. Ideal for gatherings of all kinds—birthdays, baby and bridal showers, date night, or simply enjoying quality time with family and friends. Enhance your experience with optional extras like towels, pool toys and WiFi. These features should be booked at the time of reservation. Please review all descriptions when adding extras to your booking. Abundant free parking is available in the Birchmount Stadium parking lot, accessible via Kingston Rd (travelling west) or Birchmount. Feel free to pull up on the sidewalk in front of the house to drop off guests and any pool gear, and then park across the road. Please enter the pool area from the east side of the house and walk towards the back of the property. Remember, this is a residential area, so we ask you to be considerate of our neighbours. No overly loud music, smoking or glass around the pool please. Please note there are several stairs down to the pool, if you have mobility issues this may not be the best option for you. Important: Your booking covers the total number of people on the premises, regardless of those swimming. You are renting the entire space, not just the pool. To ensure insurance validity, the number of guests must match your booking. The upper deck is not included in the rental.
