Use of stove/oven/ microwave/ kitchen sink can be added on to the sunroom amenity. The kitchen area can be used by the host or caterer only. No full access to all guests. The kitchen is connected to the sunroom and has separation from my main living space.

Heated

Pool is heated to a minimum of 82 degrees and can be adjusted. With the summer sun, it usually stays around 86 degrees

Multiple pool noodles and floats available free of charge.
