HELLO & THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING OUR LOCATION TO MAKE MEMORIES ! The Hot Tub is always ready to relax in, day or night. (Feel free to request a desired temperature in messaging) The 18’x36’ indoor pool is freshly lined with an approximate temp is around 78F. . The pool WILL be available throughout the fall and winter season. The location is directly across from the Mansfield Twin Lakes Golf Course! The grounds are spacious, offering plenty of room for sunning, shade, BBQ, games, fire pit. Perhaps float around the pond? (Yes, some have lol) The main pool room has plenty of natural lighting during the day and can be warmly or brightly lit in the evenings. -Full bathroom with vanity & walk-in shower directly attached. -Use of the back patio and surrounding grass area overlooking the pond is included. Additional premium amenities that are currently available: - Karaoke (professional quality) - PA - Sound Reinforcement for Live Music (includes engineering) - Firework Display (price varies on duration) - Outdoor Reception Area - Tents, Tables & Chairs for larger events are sourced locally When it comes to hosting, we're open for just about anything and suggestions are certainly welcome. -Lap Swimming -Therapeutic Water Aerobics - Parties - Swim Lessons - Meditation - Corporate Events - Graduation/Birthday Parties - Filming - Car/Art/Antique shows ***IMPROVEMENTS ON THE HORIZON!*** -Plans to expand reception area into the barn and lower field among the grass & woods. -Ampitheater will be located at the end of the grass section -Walking trails through the trees available for exercise and will also have private seating areas to relax, meditate, etc. -Wedding Garden When complete, our vision is to offer a versatile location suitable for just about any form of entertainment.
