A cozy pergola with a wood-burning fireplace sets the tone for memorable evenings, while the outdoor kitchen—with gas grill, sink, and bar—makes hosting effortless.

The crystal-clear pool features natural rock accents and a tranquil waterfall, with a tanning area nearby for sun-soaked lounging. A 30 ft covered patio provides shaded space for dining or additional seating.
