About the pool
RARE pool in the heart of South Irving tucked on a private 2 acre property. Perfect for large family or company gatherings, this pool sits on a vacant property so you and your guests will have the ultimate privacy! Equipped with 5 lounge chairs and 3 Adirondack chairs, it’s the perfect setting to grill out and enjoy quality time while escaping the Texas heat.
Pool comes with private pool house with full kitchen, fridge, living room and bathroom with shower. Basic bowls, knives and pans are available for use and included.
The pool is beautiful with a depth of about 8ft. Plenty of shallow space for littles or lounging with some drinks! We look forward to hosting you!

2. Dry off before entering the pool house to help keep it clean and safe.
3. No jumping or climbing on any pool features, walls, or structures on the property.
4. Hot tub is NOT available for use.
5. Keep music volume and bass low to respect our neighbors.
6. Do not place wet towels or swimsuits on any furniture.
7. No food, drinks, or cake on furniture – please keep all snacks and meals to the designated eating areas
