Immaculate Chill Fun

Pool is NOT heated, so water temperature will depend on outdoor temperature. During a heat wave (temperatures above 90 degrees), water temperature is perfect for most swimmers. Otherwise, water temp might be a tad chilly for some folks. I offer free cancelation on 2 hours notice in case you book ahead of time, and the weather is cooler than expected. Pool and deck are in full sunlight during the early afternoon, and mostly shaded by 5pm. Plenty of seating areas with umbrellas to stay in the shade. Beautiful lighting for evening get togethers. There are stepping stones and a few steps to access the pool and deck area, so not the most wheelchair friendly. If any of your guests have difficulty with the stepping stones, please let me know and they are more than welcome to access the pool through the front door. Easy access to a 1/2 bathroom inside the residence.
