About the pool

L-shaped 25,000 gallon vinyl, in-ground, salt-water-chlorine-generator pool. Large 3-foot shallow end and deep end with diving board. Plenty of sunshine most of the day, with several umbrellas for those desiring poolside shade. Look out for lots of butterfly visitors, too! Tables with seating for 8, plus 2 chaise lounges and an additional small round plastic table with 3 plastic chairs. Rope divider for shallow area available upon request. Underwater light and tiki torches for nighttime swimming. Heat, use of spa, and grill available for additional fee. Very friendly dog on premises; will not be in pool area nor in part of house with restroom. Restroom use intended for toileting only (no showers).

Please dry yourself before entering the house to use the restroom. Infants must wear swim diapers. Feel free to bring (or order) your own food, as long as there is no glass. Music okay as long as it's not too loud. Please remove all pool toys from the pool and return any moved furniture to its original position before leaving.
