MUSIC HAS TO BE LOWERED AT 9PM PER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE STRICTLY ENFORCED. MUSIC IS PERMITTED HEATED SALT-WATER POOL WITH HOT TUB ATTACHED, LIGHTS, POOL HOUSE WITH TV, AC, REFRIGERATOR, MICOWAVE, AND PATIO FURNITURE. ADDITIONALLY SEATING IF NEEDED ALONG WITH 3 TABLES, COOLERS, AND A PROPANE GRILL. Small kitchen- with hot plate, TV, full refrigertor, shelves.
