SHADED, 82°-85° NO MATTER HOW HOT IT IS OUTSIDE! Recently remodeled pool with sparkling premium pebble finish and LED lighting. Backyard space was recently remodeled using premium rock around the pool deck.

Hot tub can be turned on from the controller next to the hot tub. Hot tub is set to 101 degrees.

Free use of a few inflatable pool toys, which can be inflated/deflated using the supplied electrical air pump.
