The pool is gated and contains four chairs and two lounge chairs.

The backyard also contains: • Covered patio with one table seating six, one table seating four, and one table that may be used for food and/or gifts • Large grass area if a picnic is desired

Food and drinks are allowed. Music and party decorations are also allowed.
