Welcome to a beautifully appointed poolhouse retreat, designed with both comfort and sophistication in mind. This intimate yet refined space features a full residential-style kitchen and two well-appointed bathrooms, each with its own shower—ideal for hosting with ease and elegance.
The interior spans approximately 800 square feet and offers seating for 25–30 guests, with seamless flow through sliding glass doors to a spacious patio and deck area—perfect for alfresco lounging or cocktail hour under the stars.
Surrounding the poolhouse, lush green grounds provide a picturesque setting for outdoor festivities. A manicured lawn, complete with a volleyball net, offers space for games, bounce houses, or customized entertainment. The adjacent tennis court may be transformed into a stylish reception area with tables and seating for larger events.
An open-air stage enhances the venue’s versatility, making it ideal for live music, ceremonies, or heartfelt toasts.
