About the pool
Large, beautiful pool with diving board, loungers, chairs, picnic table, umbrellas, outdoor kitchen, hot tub, TV's, speakers, and a sitting wall all the way around. A great fire pit area with chairs is included. For an additional small fee, you can add access to pickle ball, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, zipline, and a walking trail to a private pond. We require a minimum of 3 hours. Come by for a visit.

No alcohol, tobacco, or any THC related substance allowed. The pool and backyard has built-in speakers for music via wifi, but music must with profanity or expletives in lyrics is NOT allowed under any circumstances. Host can end the party early without refund for any of these violations.
Trash must be bagged and removed from the property after the event. Tables and chairs must be wiped down after event.
