Very clean and a perfect place to relax with family and friends. You can enjoy the pool and yard and use the bathroom, living areas and the kitchen, as well. Indoor space can be used during the event. Use the poker table or sit back and watch a movie if you prefer. I have 4 picnic tables with umbrellas that may be used and are included in the price. I have been in the event business for over 30 years. Would love to have you. My home is your home! Have a small get together and enjoy swimming and relaxing inside. I am sometimes home during your rental period, but still in my bedroom and out of your way. I am available to help with your event (see add-ons). I ask all guests to be courteous when parking on street and to park as many cars in the carport as possible. Contact me with questions. Sorry, no alcohol is allowed during your event (this requires permits, so there are no exceptions) You can bring your own chairs, food, etc.
