About the pool

Our newly renovated pool makes our backyard the perfect getaway!

- Pool is sparkling clean. PH and water always perfectly managed by commercial pool company that comes every week - 4 sun loungers, 3 umbrellas, 2 bistro chairs + table, lounge area nearby the pool seating 8 - Large fridge and 55" TV with Chromecast - Full size shaded tennis court with basketball hoop, also great for kids to run/bike/scoot around. - Wooden deck nearby the house has a large Weber Summit 6 burner gas grill. table seating 8, smaller table seating 4 and lounge area seating 4 - Mature landscape with soccer field, trees and nature to look at - Mosquito squad sprays bi-weekly for protection against bugs and ticks etc. - We're just a 20 min. walk from the South Orange train station (mid town direct to Penn Station)
