About the pool

Enjoy the beautiful backyard and Saltwater Pool and Spa with updates for the 2025 season. The pool has been resurfaced with new marcite and the landscaping is all new. The backyard is private as it is surrounded by trees and bushes. You have a secluded area with a spa/pool and two seating areas outside. It's unique shape and design also offers evening LED lights which has 12 different light shows. Patio and BBQ are also available for use. There are extra chairs and tables upon request. We are very laid back and enjoy sharing the space with others. The only thing I ask is that everyone has fun and kids must be watched at all times. Please contact me 24 hours in advance if you have a specific request and I will do my best to accommodate. The pool is set to low heat June-Aug, medium heat May and Sept. If you like it warmer please request medium heat and I will have it on medium heat. There are two robots that cleans the pool everyday. The pool is hand skimmed prior to your arrival. There is complimentary bottled water in the mini-fridge under the bar, feel free to take. Two hour minimum rental on weekends and holidays. No DJ's or confetti please.

We love dogs 🐕 ❤️. This amenity should only be added when a dog is swimming. Please make sure pet is throughly brushed prior to swim. Please note dog swims are only allowed Sunday through Thursday.

Setup and Breakdown

Having an event and want to show up early to decorate? This amenity allows you to show up a half hour early to decorate and stay an extra 15 minutes for any breakdown/cleanup. Please note there is minimum 4 hour rental for this amenity.

Weekends require a 2 hour minimum swim. Events require 4 hour minimum. Quiet Hours start at 9 p.m. The pool is on the lowest heat setting June, July, and August. If you prefer medium heat please let me know when you book and I'm happy to turn it up! I do this because 90% of bookings want it cool when it's hot out.
