The complimentary home made ice tea is made using only organic , organic lemons and spring water ! Enough for the entire party ! I provide cups for your special refreshing ice tea ( you provide ice ) I’m a tea lover hot and cold since I was a little girl so Im happy to make it for my guests ! 😁

There are extra towels if you forget yours !! Just ask me , nooooo problem 😃
Inside of home if needed to cool off
If you are over heated I don’t mind if you need to step in and have a seat in the kitchen seating area until you are feel rejuvenated.. please no roaming in other areas of the home .. ENJOY 😃😃

If the refrigerator is needed you are welcome to use it !
Light use of kitchen only ! No oven 😃
LIGHT Use of kitchen is free however I DONT LIKE THE OVEN USED BECAUSE OF THE SUMMER HEAT ( but can be used for warming things up if needed this is truly a cookout … air fryer crockpot also microwave and refrigerator can be used ! I truly want to make things easier for my wonderful guests !
