Respectful behavior is expected. Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted, however anyone that becomes unsafe or disrespectful will be required to leave. No running around pool area. Concrete is sealed and can be very slippery! Music at a reasonable volume, no profane music. Please do not come up the stairs to the upper deck area. Lower deck/pool area is the only space included in rental.
