Throggs Neck Oasis where you can enjoy some time with Family and Friends for all occasions right in the Bronx! 12' x 20 semi in ground pool ranging from ~4-5 feet deep. Covid-19 protected. All common areas (chairs, float, Cooler, Grill, bathroom etc) are sprayed with Lysol disinfectant after each group. Our 750 Sq. Ft. patio and pool is chlorinated nightly. Amenities: Included - Sheltered dining area (Sofa Couch, Outside Heater). Additional fee: Grill, Speaker). Reservations include set up time and clean up at the end. Family swim (kid parties, family gatherings). Large parties fees (Swimply per person/per hour) starts at 15 people. Space allows up to 35 people total. We are excited to host you, See you Soon! Pool House Rules: 1. All Guests needs to stay Inside the Gate/Designated area of the Rented Pool. 2. No standing or walking around the house/Neighborhood. 3. All Vehicles needs to be park legally and cannot Block any Driveway. If any of these rules are broken your swimply rental will be terminated.
