Included but can only play local radio stations since I'm still getting the hang of the complete Yamaha sound system.. I will do my best to have you play your type of music, but I can't guarantee it. Volume can not disturb the neighbors. If someone complains, we'll have to turn it down to a minimum.

Heated

Cannot heat pool and spa separate must be both at the same time. So only pick it once, so you're not charged twice. It's 1 price for both. Must preheat the night before, so if you cancel 24 hours prior, you will still have to pay this cost.

Hot tub

Hot tub included but not heated. If you would like it heated, please reserve the pool heated and both will be heated at the same time. If you would like it heated, please reserve the pool heated, and bolh will be heated at the same time.. Unfortunately, they can not be heated separately.

Pool Toys

Don't have a lot, but what I do have. I will include for free, just as long as you don't damage them. If they are damaged, you will need to pay for replacement..
