About the pool

The pool is 18’x36’ and I just had it resurfaced in February of 2024. I still have a diving board, once I touch the deck I will definitely lose it. A diving board is considered a huge liability to home owners insurance and that is why few people have them anymore.

I actually have 2 grills, one is brand new & the other grill is older. They are both charcoal. I’m cleaning up the patio & back yard, there is a pergola so there will be one large table underneath it.

There is a jungle gym, a smaller sand box, and multiple other toys & o things for the kids to play with. I will take pictures in the daytime.

I have multiple trays of frozen ice cubes in my freezer in case of anything & they will be perfect to use to make snow cones with. I remember when we heard the ice cream man’s jingle we all ran out to the street!

On September 19th, 2024 my roof is being replaced and solar panels will be installed on the new roof so my pool will be heated. Or starting on September 20,2024 it will be warm even in the colder or winter months.

Hot Tub

I am having Jorge Hernandez fix my old 1992 hot tub fixed and having it retiled to match the pool so it will be available or up & running soon.

More parking up Horatio at culdesac

It’s just a short walk, less than a block to Wigwam & Horatio where there is a culdesac that you can park at. As many cars as you can fit into my driveway & I will move my car so that there are 2 spaces inside the garage. I’m guessing 6 cars, 2 in the garage then 4 in my driveway.

Grill

Wifi

I have spectrum wi-fi so just ask me for the password so that you can connect.

Shower

There is an outdoor shower so that you can rinse the chlorine off after you swim. When my wall was hit by a reckless driver my shower was also destroyed. I just ordered a new 7 foot outdoor shower so I will have my contractor install it outside as soon as it arrives.

It is an outdoor covered & uncovered patio so you are allowed to smoke if you want as long as all cigarette butts are contained in a jar or ashtray & not left on the ground. Everyone is vaping now so I can’t or don’t want to stop you from doing that since you are trying to quit.
