Screened Oasis

The pool is 18’x36’ so 32,000 gallons and I just had it resurfaced last February of 2024. It is 3feet in the shallow end & 8 feet in the deep end. I still have a diving board. if I touch or redo my deck my Homeowners insurance will force me to get rid of it as they’re considered a huge liability or dangerous now. There is a basketball hoop, a fire pit, there are 2 bbq grills(one is electric so it plugs in & one is charcoal). I have a chimney to get the coals burning faster. There is a table inside the pools screened enclosure & 3 more tables on the patio outside the screened enclosure. No smoking unless you go out to the street and no alcohol because I don’t want to need to call the police because of people getting out of control.
