Beautiful resort style pool with waterfall and outdoor fire effects. Also party lights built into pool and jacuzzi. Jacuzzi flows into pool. Also diving board (9 feet deep). Also super close to the center of the Las Vegas strip! Only 8 minutes away from the Bellagio. Located conveniently off Flamingo and Spencer. Guests can cool off inside the house! Guests are allowed access to the downstairs living room and bathroom (where they can take a shower if needed). Free soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided inside the shower. Guests can relax on the couch and watch Youtube or Netflix on the big screen TV, enjoy food and drinks (please clean up after yourselves), or they can play poker (if poker table is rented). The rest of the house (including kitchen, family room, garage, bedrooms, and upstairs) are off limits. Also no animals allowed inside the house and no smoking indoors! Pets are allowed to stay at the side of the house where there is a dog run and giant air conditioned dog house. Certain animals are restricted (ask owner for more information as you must get permission prior to bring them)
