*UPDATE* Salty Without The Sharks

Sadly, we’ve a major tightly coiled terd for a neighbor and they made a complaint to the city and apparently some may classify this as a ‘business’. As such, we are being required to remove our listing from Swimply based off some legal technicalities in zoning. We’re going to be looking into the matter but that’s to explain why you may see our listing removed, we will be taking it down by 10/24/25. Maybe if we added even more signs telling them how much they suck they woulda got the hint, that’s our bad. Please feel free to message us here with any questions while listing is here. Our large Salt Water Pebble Tech pool keeps you splashing in the sun for as much fun (or chill time) as you want - you've a completely warmed pool, not just the surface area. Both our solar pool cover and pool solar panels on the roof help keep the pool at a comfortable level. *Please note the pool temp is dependent upon ambient temperature outside. Check with us if you’ve any questions regarding specifics* Feel free to relax on our shallow (1.5') Cabo Shelf area which is great for taking a break and chatting with those out of the pool as well the little ones to play around in without worry. Or, look off our raised sun deck and look to see the bottom of the 8' deep end. Our pool is filtered using a Salt Cell so no harsh chlorine tablets bumping into you while swimming and also we've an InteliChem system which is constantly testing the water chemistry and making adjustments as needed - leaving you with the cleanest swim experience possible (at least that we know of 🤷‍♂️).
