About the pool

Host your next gathering or enjoy a peaceful day relaxing by the pool at this backyard retreat. The crystal-clear pool with 2 spray fountains will make you feel like you’re at a luxury resort. The yard provides a generous space for games and activities all while feeling the sense of privacy from being fully fenced in and the surrounding trees. There are 2 tables and 32 seats included throughout the backyard (1 outdoor sectional is under cover).

Other miscellaneous info: - The slide & diving board have a maximum weight of 250 lbs. - You may bring your food and drinks, but no glass bottles (a garbage can is provided) - Do not hang on the basketball hoop - No fireworks - Security cameras are on the premises - The kiddie pool can be filled (if requested) - An 8’ umbrella is available (if requested)
