Garden estate offering an in-ground pool with swim/sun ledge on both the shallow & deep ends. Two patios on the northeast & southeast corners with a variety of seating or lounging in sun 🌞 or shade ⛱️. We are happy to share staycation vibes with a heated, salt-water pool, floats, over-sized noodles, ping-pong, bocce ball, whiffle ball, paddle games, and swings. No diving. Music is permitted, but low volume, please. Electric power stations. Small inflatable baby pool available upon request. Bathroom on the veranda behind the blue door and shower/ changing room on the lawn level behind the white door- these are for your exclusive use. Walk into the heart of town to explore & enjoy the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum, Keeler Tavern (see where George Washington slept), restaurants, shops, ice cream... Most Tuesday & Thursday evenings, live music 🎶 at Ballard Park via C. H. I. R. P. Tell us how we can optimize your enjoyment. Do you have a preferred water temperature 🌡? LMK. Common courtesy please: Leave it as you found it- neat. Clean up after yourself. Take your garbage with you. Arrive & depart on time. Swimply is strict on start & end times- please plan accordingly.
