Large 1 acre lot with private pool, parking, full kitchen, and entertainment with state of the art surround sound and so much more.. please inquire about other amenities that are available

Appointment fee. Please book the venue for 1 hour for 0-5 guests..If event is booked the $35 fee will go toward your booking.

there will be a $125 fee for cleaning and refilling propane.

We also host non-Swimming events, please look through our photo gallery to see over 1/2 acre of entertaining space!

1hr refundable deposit of $100 required for cleanup and timely departure.
