The Perfect Summer Staycation

We have a beautifully landscaped, fenced, salt water, in-ground 20ft x 40ft pool. The area has a dedicated bathroom, large screened in porch with seating and ceiling fans, an outdoor fountain/pond, and fire pit area. The area, along with the pool itself, has great lighting for nighttime events. The shallow end has wide built in steps to enter the pool, and the deep end has a ladder on one side along with a diving board and two bench seats. We have several picnic tables and poolside seating available, along with pool toys and rafts. Other amenities such as tents, grills, firepit, speakers, etc. are available at a cost when you reserve. **IMPORTANT: As new Swimply hosts we're learning as we go, and realizing that people are either not reading or just not wanting to adhere to the requirements. We are on the border of shutting down our account, but plan to give it one more try. Please note: This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY pool and we have FAMILY FRIENDLY expectations of guests. Make sure all visitors will be able to adhere to all rules before booking with us, and that the person making the reservation will be onsite the entire time. This is not a place for anyone seeking to have wild parties, drugs and alcohol (including marijuana), using aggressive, disrespectful, destructive, profane, or vulgar behavior, those who do not feel it is necessary to leave at the end of their reservation time, or who think their rental is not limited to the pool area (and feel entitled to utilize any property areas/amenities they want). We didn't think we'd have to say this... we're not uptight crazy people, and we want to share our pool, but we cant if its going to be at the expense of our safety, sanity, or finances.
