This beautiful backyard is an absolute retreat. This is the space for all your outdoor needs and wants. The pool (saltwater) is 40x16 with beach entry on one end and 6’3” at the deepest end. Plan your family reunions, wedding or vows renewals, birthday, pool parties or just come for a relaxing getaway. We’re here to host your events. -Upon booking this listing, you agree to a waiver releasing the Homeowners of any liabilities. Swim at your own risk. No Life guards on duty! Parents/Guardians MUST supervise their children. All children much wear swimming aids if incapable of swimming independently. Babies must wear swimming diapers. -NO GLASS ALLOWED IN OR AROUND THE POOL. Please use paper or plastic cups. -NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES IN THE POOL. -NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER IN THE POOL (not in balloons or otherwise as it never goes away). -Please allot yourself enough time when booking your event for setup and tear down. You must clean up prior to end time. There will be a clean up fee of $250 added to your reservation if property is not cleaned prior to your booking end time. Respect the property, respect the homeowners and respect the neighbors. Music must be played at a moderate level and quiet time is respectfully 9:59pm. We DO NOT allow/accept PROMO PARTIES. Absolutely NO Party Promoters Under Any Circumstances!!!
