The pool is also perfect for those who want an hour or two to lounge without worrying about kids around. During the months of July - September the pool’s Coolant system is on. Keeping the water between 80-85 degrees. A nice perk during these hot texas summer days! A private gate entrance at the end of the driveway allows you to arrive without disruption of the owners or neighbors. *Pool rules: - please bring your own float devices - No Glass - please sign the liability waiver when you arrive on the property, swimming will not be permitted till all parties have completed - children under 18 MUST be accompanied by adults at all times - park on the street in the front of the house
