Heated at 82 degrees! Massive modern pool with dual waterfall feature and color changing LEDs. Very tranquil and private. In a gated community. Affordable luxury. Cabo shelf stairs for the kiddos. Dining table and covered patio seating. Oh and the pool is mostly in the shade around 1pm-2pm! Come and enjoy the most welcoming pool in Roseville! Access to fire pit and basketball court for extra fee. Private bathroom included.
