Solar heated usually 82 degrees-86! Massive modern pool with dual waterfall feature and color changing LEDs. Very tranquil and private. In a gated community. Affordable luxury. Cabo shelf stairs for the kids. Dining table plus separate covered patio seating. Almost full day 80% shade!!! Come and enjoy the most welcoming pool in Roseville! Access to fire pit and basketball court for extra fee. Private bathroom included.
