Hi! I am excited to host your next event! If you have any specific questions or want to preview the space, please let me know! This beautiful backyard pool is perfect for hosting any type of event. The screened in pool is adjacent to a large outdoor pavilion that is fully covered and out of the weather. The space is ideal for small gatherings, large parties and special events (not just pool parties!) You and your guests have full access to a large bathroom with two separate water closets, two vanities and a separate shower room with changing area and a tankless water heater. The bathroom is easily accessible from the deck adjacent to the pavilion. The bathroom is fully air conditioned and is inside the main residence however this bathroom is dedicated to the pool area and does not allow access inside the main house. Parties over 40 guests may require a parking attendant for an additional fee. Please contact me for additional details
