About the pool

Spend your day and evening in this expansive, lush, dream backyard located in the beautiful HISTORIC MEDLOCK PLACE neighborhood. Host a gathering, have a photoshoot, or simply soak up the Arizona sun. Sip a cocktail and relax in the hammock while listening to the water splash from the waterfall. This backyard features a beautiful large pool with a loveseat, multiple lounging areas, a fire pit, a built-in BBQ grill, and bluetooth speakers. The grill area includes a refrigerator. In addition, there is a large grassy area to play Corn Hole with family and friends. The pool features a loveseat, deep end, and a diving board and Rock Water Fall. Citrus, palm, and dozens of other species of plants. Relax or dine under the Gazebo. Mood lighting around pool for great night atmosphere and also available is an HD Bluetooth projector with 120" screen for a poolside move night.

NO GLASS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. No loud music past 10pm, volume and noise needs to be friendly for neighbors. Please drink responsibly, designate a driver or rides share. No children in pool without adult supervision. No running, can be slippery. No fireworks or confetti. Infants must have swim diapers. No lifeguard on duty. Smoke em if you got em but put your butts where they belong. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
