The pool has a jacuzzi with different colored lights that light up the pool during the night. Access to a 1/2 bathroom inside and very spacious, so no one feels overcrowded.

Cleanup after pool use is required. No sitting, standing, or walking on rock decorative that surround the pool. No illicit substance use on the property. No weapons allowed on the property. No running or diving in the pool. No sound music after 9pm. Be courteous of neighbors relative to noise and vulgar language. Turn off all appliances used for grilling, and flames.
