Ample backyard space with 17 foot gazebo, led lighting, picnic table, couples swing chair, high tea table, 2-single burner camping stoves, patio sofa, and propane fireplace. Complimentary ice cold beverages. Use of master shower and bathroom with backyard entrance. Clean towels are provided by the host, along with pool float tubes, and pool lounge chair. Pool area is kid-friendly. Pets may accompany guests but are not permitted to swim. Nude swimming or sunbathing not permitted; exposure charges will be filed. Now with DAYTIME SOLAR HEATING (intended 78-84 degrees F; no assurances). Effectiveness of solar heating reduces after 5 pm.
