Fire pit is propane based. Instructions for lighting will be provided the day of the rental. Uses a hex key and a lighter.

Pool can be heated to desired temperature by owner. Please provide desired temperature up to 88 degrees.

Hot Tub On

Temperature is set to 104 degrees. Fits 4-6 people.

We will provide up to 8 towels that can be found in the towel cabana.

Various floats, diving rings and noodles will be made available.

Cooler

We will provide up to 2 coolers. Guests must provide their own ice.
